Culture Shock..!

Well, the culture shock is when you move to another place, to continue with your life, in my case i will study in Monterrey first everything likes you, because all seems wonderful and new, and this stage is called "honeymoon" but like all the honeymoons this atage eventually ends. After some time, differences between the old and new culture become apparent and may create anxiety, this feeling of excitement will give way to new and unpleasant feelings of frustration and anger as you continue to have unfavorable encounters that strike you as strange, offensive, and unacceptable the next step is the depresion this stage is called "negotiation" and this stage will finish too. Then the new culture begins to make sense, and negative reactions and responses to the culture are reduced. Reaching this stage requires a constructive response to culture shock with effective means of adaptation, this is the "adjustment" and the last one stage is the "mastery" in this stage assignees are able to participate fully and comfortably in the new culture, and they become an important part of it.
